Rental Process

APPLYING FOR A PROPERTY:

Our agency accepts applications via the 1Form from www.realestate.com.au. Simply find the ad for the property you wish to apply for and click "apply online". You will be directed through the application and can upload documents directly to the form. The documents required are:

• 100 Points of Identification
• 2 most recent payslips to support income eligibility
• Rental history details from two previous leases including current contact details for the previous landlord or agent

Alternatively, we can email an REIQ application form for you to complete and return to us with the applicable documents.

Please note that each person over the age of 18 will need to complete an application form.

LEASING A PROPERTY:

We will provide a thorough briefing when we meet you at the property to sign the paperwork and handover the keys, however we have outlined a few key points below:

Rent Payments - rent is to be kept in advance at all times. The easiest option is to set up an internet banking periodic payment directly from your account to our trust account. The account details are:

Inspections - our first general inspection will be held 6 weeks after the lease agreement commences and every 3 to 4 months after that. You don't need to be home as we will have our agency set of keys and will leave a note to say we have been.
