1. Complete vacating tenant paperwork
• Notice of Intention to Leave (Form 13), minimum 2 week written notice is required
• Bond Refund Form (Form 4)
2. Book in our preferred cleaner to maximise your Bond Return
• To maximise your chances of getting your full bond back book in our preferred cleaner (not mandatory but extremely effective). We will forward your contact details to our cleaner who will contact you in due course.
3. Pay your rent up to date and hand your keys in on time along with the completed Exit Condition Report (RTA Form 14a) which you can find on the RTA Website (www.rta.qld.gov.au)
• Please return all keys and remote controls to our office,40 Wilguy Crescent Buderim, or alternately lock all keys inside the property on the kitchen bench and advise the Property Manager
• Please ensure all cleaning is completed as per the cleaning checklist
• Please ensure all repairs are completed, all lightbulbs are working including the light in the rangehood
• Please ensure lawns are mowed, edged and gardens weeded, no earlier than 24 hours prior to vacate. This is especially important in the summer months due to fast growth
• Please attend to the carpet cleaning, if perts have visited the property a professional flea control is required with a receipt supplied
• Please ensure all council bins are emptied and cleaned
• Please ensure blinds and curtains have been cleaned or dry cleaned, garages swept and mopped, including back of roller door. This is usually not included in a professional bond clean ad must be requested.
